  4. Many of our lighting solutions are bespoke and tailor-made to suit the unique preferences and requirements of our clients. Due to their personalized nature, these customized orders are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges and Store Credit:
  6. In the event that a product is delivered with manufacturing defects or damages, we offer a straightforward exchange policy. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence, such as images or videos, to substantiate the claim. Upon verification, we will replace the product with a new one of the same design and specifications.
